Service Description

The body and mind remember everything! When the body or mind does not process an emotion, energy or event fully, it may become trapped within your body, emotions, or mind. Interestingly, 'trapped' Emotions/Energies may be your own, inherited (oh, you got that from Grandma) or possibly absorbed from someone else (crowd mentality, impact injury). Releasing the unprocessed or trapped energy allows the body to release or complete the processing or effect of the event. When released, this will give you pain relief, ease, healing and freedom. This session includes 30 minutes of documenting and releasing the Energies that are ready to be released. The remaining 5 minutes is a short Energy Therapy Session to aid your body in adjusting to the release of the trapped Energy was impacting your health.
