Service Description
The body and mind remember everything! When the body or mind does not process an emotion, energy or event fully, it may become trapped. Releasing the unprocessed or trapped energy allows the body to release or complete the processing or effect of the event. You may feel pain- physical- or emotional relief and a sense of freedom. This session includes 5 minutes of Reiki Energy Work to aid you in adjusting to the release of the trapped Energies.
